Bloody hell. Made a mistake when I typed in the title of the post: Still under construction, and didn't really have an instant edit to correct it. I thought it would come under my super powers, but it's invisible if it is there. That's the point between a programmer/developer and a user/sysop. You have to implicitly describe how you wish the interface to look and act on the button side as opposed how powerful the application is under the hood wielding all sorts of magical powers for format, saving, cross referencing and other gewgaws.
As most can tell, as they flit in and out, this is not an active site, yet. It is still missing all sorts of little bits and pieces that are going to form the core shell of WritingHolmes. The bounded box is at the heart of the entire concept of writing tools that I want to introduce to any who might find their practise useful.
First, let's be clear about what a bounding box would entail: it would mean, to place restrictions on; limit, restrain compel or oblige to act, behave, or think in a particular way, as by circumstance, or convention. What that means is that there will be blocks and barriers to overcome to accomplish exercises and achieve writing goals. The system will call for participation and effort to make it work.
Due to many other projects in play this one has been de-prioritized, nonetheless it is not abandoned and will at a future point be wide open for business. Perhaps becoming a darling of the web or more likely attracting a few like minds to a local coffee shop.
You don't have to check back often but feel free to do so occasionally.

Okay, so no one has registered to post. No one is curious or interested. Hmmm, that seems just about right. Thanks so much.

The internet is a big place.
If you don't tell people about things, they won't find them (for the most part).

Still, technically, 183 people have read this thread.
